I love Anderson's family! His brothers (and sister) are so much fun to be around and made me feel like part of their family from the very beginning. I'm blessed to have them in my life but just wish we all lived a little closer. It's hard not getting to see each other very often. Anderson, Wes and Will are really funny when they're all together, and I always enjoy girl-talk with Sara. Last week we went to Michigan to visit everyone, and even though the airline lost our luggage twice (I'm still whining about this) we had a great time!
It rained off and on the whole time we were there, but one afternoon it stopped just long enough for us to go to Robinette's Apple Orchard and take pictures of Will and Sara. The place was beautiful! I still have to edit their pictures, but here are a couple of teasers for them and some other shots we took that day:
We also spent a day walking around downtown Grand Rapids looking at some of the artwork entries from
Art Prize. Next year I want to visit while the contest is going on! It was so cold, but we had a great time with Anderson's friend, Craig. He drove us all over the place.

One of the reasons we went to Michigan this time was to see Wes before he gets deployed to Iraq again. He leaves very soon for training, so Will and Sara had some friends over just to hang out and spend time with him...and to give him some very thoughtful and extremely useful gifts. :)

We're not going to win Battle of the Bands anytime soon.
Anderson wanted to try on Wesley's Army gear. This just makes me laugh!
Dinner with everyone on our last night in MI.

In other news, Corinna Hoffman posted more pictures from our recent shoot with her. You can see them HERE. Happy Friday! Hope everyone has a great weekend. :)
