in seniors
08.09.2009
When I was in high school we had one option for senior pictures. ONE! We were told when and where we could shoot our pictures, what we could wear and how many poses we could have. The result of all this "freedom of expression" was not pretty. I ended up with stale, boring pictures taken in a studio with cheesy props. And to top it off, the ugly black drapey-thing I had to wear was the same exact thing my Mom wore for her senior pictures in the 70s. Not cool!

Thankfully times have changed a little. (Even though you still have to take that gorgeous yearbook picture.) I'm happy that I get to offer lots of options to the high school seniors I work with. You get to call the shots for your senior pictures. You decide where to shoot and what to wear. After all, it's about YOU!

I'm celebrating back-to-school with a little Senior Fun. If you are one of my past, current or even future senior clients this is for you! Email me and find out how to get free prints!!

pink coffee photoart - seniors.

Gorgeous Jade modeled for the video thanks to her talented Aunt Christy who organized everything for me! They are both so sweet and funny. I wish you could all hear them talk too. They have the best southern accents ever! Girls, thank you so much for your help. I also have to thank the talented guy who directed, filmed and produced the video-my wonderful husband! Thank you, Anderson. I'm so happy with it that I'll even eat at the China Buffet to pay you back. :)

Behind the scenes.

Left: He almost ran over the poor girl.
Right: Anderson was uncomfortably close at times. Here Jade was saying, "Am I supposed to act natural?!"
