-Loved this shoot. -I Never really wanted a sister until watching Morgan and Jensen interact with each other. -They are extremely close. The whole twin thing; so evident with them. -Every time I said, "Strike a pose," they did something eerily similar...without knowing it. -Both girls picked out the same outfit to wear the night before...without knowing it. Not sure who had to change. :) -They could be triplets, because their mom looks JUST LIKE THEM. I was confused when we met up, thinking, "I thought there were 2 of them. There are 3?" -We had the worst. weather. ever. Cold, cloudy and windy. The girls were such good sports though. I whined about being cold way more than them, and I was bundled up!
M & J, I had so much fun working with you. Thank you for being the best clients imaginable. :) Congratulations on making it through 13 years of school-whoo hoo!!!
Over the last couple of years I've designed quite a few graduation announcements for high school seniors. But this is my first time doing a graduation "save the date". When Ashley ordered these she explained that she has a lot of family coming to her graduation from out of town. She wants to give them plenty of notice, so they can all make the trip. What a great idea!
Reason #784 that I love being a lifestyle photographer: Working with some of the most beautiful (inside and out), talented, confident, funny high school seniors in north Florida. And they were all girls this year! This was completely unintentional, but totally makes sense to me. After all, my websites are a little on the PINK side. :) It makes me happy to see people getting creative about senior pictures and really owning the whole process!
Beauty + Brains= the ultimate combination. Add a classic sense of style to the mix and you've got Caroline. She's adorable; a modern Audrey Hepburn...you'll see! I love when clients put a lot of thought and energy into planning their shoot. The most well planned shoots (from location to wardrobe to every-little-detail) often turn out the best. Caroline is a planner by nature, so she was a treat to work with. She tirelessly scouted locations until she found the perfect spot for her senior photoshoot and transformed her Mom's van into a dressing room on wheels. It was even equipped with a full length mirror! Caroline, thanks for all your hard work. I think your session turned out beautifully because of YOU. :)
You might have seen them here, here, here, here, here and here. Wow! I've worked with these beautiful girls A LOT this year and have enjoyed every minute of it. What a funny group of girls. :) They told me earlier this summer that they wanted to book a photoshoot with "the whole group" as well as their individual sessions. So we all met in St. Augustine one Saturday and explored the city together.
Megan, Kirstin, Taylor, Alicia and Ashley: Thank you for the laughs!
One of the girls mentioned that this was their very last senior photoshoot. I asked if they needed to have "a moment". This is them having their moment of sadness. Hahahaha!
