Mark and Taryn are such a cool couple.

I went to college with Mark and have worked with Taryn for a few years on several design projects. (Side note: she'd an amazing graphic designer... never disappoints!) When they booked their shoot they had no idea that by the time the session date arrived they'd have big news to share. You'll see...

And then they announced the BIG news! After they showed me the sign I had to tell myself, "Get it together, girl. You've got pictures to take," but I just kept babling and saying how happy I was for them. Then they told me I couldn't tell anyone. No one! And let me tell you, I think I'm finally a grown up, because I didn't say a word. To ANYONE. These two are going to be the best parents. I loved shooting Whitney and Jeff's maternity session last year. In fact, it was one of my favorites! They were so excited about meeting their little boy, and since we were both pregnant at the time we had a good time exchanging stories. So I was really happy to meet Baby Garrett last week and take his 1-year-old pictures. Whitney wanted to recreate some of the shots from her maternity session and add Baby G where the baby bump was before. Such a fun idea!

I got to meet Baby Davis last week!

The tiny little guy is extra special to me, because his Mom and I have been friends for a long time. Since our freshman year of college, to be exact! Of course I had to snap a few pictures after our big introduction. I'm pretty sure he likes me, because he stayed awake the whole time. :)

Ryan and Marie have a beautiful, loving family!

But poor Ryan: 3 girls, a wife and another little girl on the way. He had to buy a boy dog just so he wouldn't be quite so outnumbered. :)

I love the Rice's! Brooke and I have been friends for years, and I always enjoy being around her family. They're getting ready to welcome a second little boy into their home. Our babies are due just 2 days apart, so we decided to do her maternity session before I get too big to move around!

B-Rice, You are just as beautiful with this pregnancy as you were with the first one. I can't wait for our little boys to meet!
