Get ready for a dramatic announcement:

So...I think we've found THE BEST sushi place in Jacksonville.

Bento is our favorite weekend spot right now. I even drug my girlfriends there last week. So yummy. And they have Bubble tea!!! AND they have a frozen yogurt place, Mochi, (owned by the same people) right next door. It just happens to be my favorite fro yo place too. How convenient!

We're gearing up for a fun (long) weekend with the Almeida family. Must pack...more soon. :)

Navy Batwing Shirt: Paul and Joe. Not maternity, but it was kind of loose before, so it still works.
Shorts: Vintage cream linen-ish shorts with red bicycles. I found these at the thrift store last year, but they were too big. I couldn't part with them, and now they fit!! They remind me of Anthropologie. No tags. They might even be hand made.
Red Flower Espadrille Wedges: Me Too Shoes
Choker and Bangle: Ivory. The real thing, from Africa. Don't call PETA though, they were bought before it was illegal. (I think.) Ha!

I meant to post this yesterday but was busy painting the nursery...and it took a LOT longer than I expected. Can I just say that's my last time painting a room? I thought I was going to have a heat stoke and was frustrated and annoyed and dripping paint everywhere. My Mom said I was "scary". Speaking of Mom, THREE CHEERS FOR GRANDMA OF THE YEAR!!! She came over to help and cleaned the whole house while I was painting!

Here's a little sneak peak of the baby's room.

Hope you're all having a great weekend!

Completely dramatic, obnoxious post below. You've been warned.

So, last week was tough. I headed out to run ("jog") my usual route Monday night but could barely make it through the 1st mile. Everything hurt! Ugh-I got really frustrated and came home. The same thing happened Tuesday except after I came home my back kept hurting. This went on for most of the week. Note here that I have a very hard head, and it sometimes takes me a while to accept the obvious. After a week of back pain and little sleep I realized that it's time to stop running until the bebe gets here. No big deal for most people. It's part of the whole process, and you're supposed to listen to your body-yadda, yadda, yadda. But I didn't take it so well. In fact I kind of freaked out as visions of the 400lb pregnant girl I'm destined to become filled my head. Anderson thinks I've lost it. I even made him promise to whip me back into shape when the baby comes. He did...with a bizarre, frightened look in his eye.

A few days have passed, and I've realized some things:
1. Compared to most people, my pregnancy has been a breeze. I should be thankful I could run this long!
2. It's not like I have to sit on the couch with Oprah and a bag of chips for the next few months. I can still walk and swim for exercise.
3. Lots of people have gone through this and can give me some pointers.

So that's where you, my female blog friends, come in. I'm really wanting to try prenatal yoga on the days I don't do cardio. Have any of you done it? What version? Did you like it? Do you have any other suggestions? How did you stay fit during pregnancy? HELP!!! Yes, I'm actually soliciting advice for once, so hit me with it. :)

On a completely unrelated note, I'm selling some photography equipment. Leave me a comment with your email if you're interested or want more info!

A few weeks ago I got to work with the Merriam family from Dallas, Texas while they were enjoying their annual vacation to Ponte Vedra. We met up in Jacksonville Beach, and I followed them around like their personal paparazzi. They were so cool and laid-back and made my job super-easy.
